Avian Uno
Privacy Policy
Effective October 30, 2026
Privacy isn’t a setting at Avian Uno. It’s the starting point. We collect as little as we possibly can, we never sell or share it, and we tell you plainly about the little we do collect.
- We don’t sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Ever.
- No advertising trackers. No ad pixels, no social media trackers, no fingerprinting, no session recording.
- No accounts required. You can use this entire website without telling us who you are.
- Your email stays your email. If you sign up for updates, we use it for exactly that and nothing else.
- Your choices are respected automatically. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, analytics never loads.
- Your data never trains AI. We don’t use anything you give us to train machine learning models, and we don’t let others do so.
What this policy covers
This policy covers avianuno.com and avian.uno (which simply redirects here), operated by Avian Uno and Avian Uno Studios (“Avian Uno,” “we,” “us”). Our apps, including the Home Fusion Suite, will each publish their own privacy details before they launch, built on the same principles you read here. We’ll link them from this page.
What we collect, and why
1. Visiting the website
Like every website, ours has to receive some technical information just to deliver a page to you: your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. Our host, Cloudflare, processes this to serve the site and protect it from abuse and attacks. We don’t keep our own server logs, and we don’t use this information to identify you.
2. Website analytics (Google Analytics)
To understand which pages are useful, we use Google Analytics 4, configured as restrictively as Google allows:
- It measures things like pages viewed, how you arrived (for example, a search or a link), your general region, and your device and browser type.
- Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
- Google Signals is off, so your visit isn’t linked to your Google account.
- Ad personalization is off, so analytics data is never used for advertising.
- Data is kept for the shortest period Google offers, then deleted automatically.
- If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, the analytics script never loads and no analytics cookies are set.
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to count unique visits. You can block them in your browser settings, enable Global Privacy Control, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
3. Email Updates
If you choose to sign up for Email Updates, we store your email address and the date you signed up. That’s all. We don’t ask for your name, and we don’t record your IP address or location with your signup.
We use your email only to send you news about Avian Uno and our apps. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time by writing to [email protected]. Your address is stored in a private database on Cloudflare. If we use an email delivery service to send updates, it will act only on our instructions, and we’ll name it here.
4. Contacting us
When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you, and we delete correspondence when it’s no longer needed.
5. Font downloads
The Avian One Pro font is served directly from our own website. Downloading it doesn’t require any information from you.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade personal information.
- Share personal information with advertisers or data brokers, or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Use advertising pixels, social media trackers, browser fingerprinting, or session-replay tools.
- Combine your information with data from other companies to build a profile of you.
- Use your information to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Send marketing email you didn’t ask for.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies of its own. The only cookies that may be set are the Google Analytics cookies described above, and only when analytics is allowed to load in your browser.
Who processes data for us
We rely on a small number of service providers, each limited to what’s needed to run this site:
| Provider | Purpose | Data |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Website hosting, security, Email Updates storage | Technical request data; signup email addresses |
| Website analytics (restricted, as described above) | Pseudonymous usage data |
We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it, and we’ll push back on requests that are overly broad. If Avian Uno is ever part of a merger or acquisition, this policy’s promises will continue to apply to the information we hold.
How long we keep it
- Email Updates: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Analytics: automatically deleted at the end of Google’s shortest retention period.
- Emails you send us: only as long as needed to help you.
Your rights
No matter where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. These rights include those under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days. We’ll never treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for Email Updates (which you can withdraw at any time) and on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and understanding its use in aggregate. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website isn’t directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age), and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has signed up for Email Updates, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security and international transfers
Every page is served over encrypted HTTPS, access to stored information is restricted, and the best protection of all is that we simply don’t collect much. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Links to other sites
Our footer links to other websites, including YouTube, Brandfetch, Top End Club, and austinavian.com. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn’t cover.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date above. If a change meaningfully affects how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll ask for your consent first.
